FREE WINGS is here to unite people who are in some way connected, either through their companies, businesses or as private clients, with us.  The aim is to provide benefits as an expression of thanks for your purchases but also as a means of networking and establishing more fruitful relationships.

One of the main gifts for our most distinguished customers is a ten day trip to the west of Canada. Our reason for this is that Canada, with its picturesque countryside, is an attractive destination for almost everyone.  Another reason is our link with the country thanks to the company secretary and founder of  ENVISS T.I., Jan D. Čermák, who lives in Canada for part of the year and is expanding the business in this region.  We also want to show our best customers West Canada to provide them with the opportunity of discovering a new market and new business relations and to support the activities of CBAC (Czech Business Association of Canada), which we are a member of.  This association supports business throughout Canada and has its headquarters in Calgary, which is a town not only of rich cowboy traditions but also of excellent and serious businessmen.

CLUB CARDS AND BENEFITS

Standard club card:

50 points are required to obtain this card.  The card entitles the holder to participate in club meetings, utilise information held on support servers (so-called “Customer academy”), and the card will be entered in a draw for a prize worth up to 10,000 CZK.  In order to keep membership active further purchases totalling 25 points should be made within 2 years.

Bronze club card:

Bronze cards are issued to customers who have earned 500 points from the purchases they have made of.  Bronze card holders are entitled to a 3 % discount (excluding VAT) on their next order, participate in club meetings,  utilise information held on support servers, and the card will be entered in a draw for a prize worth up to 25,000 CZK.  In order to keep membership active further purchases totalling 200 points should be made within 2 years, otherwise the card will return to “standard club card” status.

Silver club card:

This card is issued to customers who have earned 1000 points from the purchases they have made of.  The card guarantees holders a 4 % discount (excluding VAT) on re-ordering.  The holder can participate in club meetings, has unrestricted access to the information servers (Customer academy), and the card will be entered in a draw for a prize worth up to 40,000 CZK. In order to keep membership active further purchases totalling 300 points should be made within 2 years, otherwise the card will return to “standard club card” status.

Gold club card:

Customers who have earned 1500 points are issued with gold cards.  The card entitles holders to a 5 % discount (excluding VAT) on re-ordering.  The holder is very welcome to participate in club meetings, has unrestricted access to the information servers (Customer academy) and can use the free on-line consultancy service, and the card will be entered in a draw for a prize worth up to 50,000 CZK. In order to keep membership active further purchases totalling 400 points should be made within 3 years, otherwise the card will return to “bronze club card” status.

Platinum club card – for most loyal customers:

Only the most distinguished customers receive this card, having earned 5000 points. Card holders are entitled to a 7 % discount (excluding VAT) on the next order.  On top of all the benefits offered by the gold card this card number is entered into a draw for the main prize of a 10 day trip to West Canada with the option of choosing the programme for the trip (walking in the countryside, skiing, city break, trip to the USA, sport, relaxation.........).  The trip is adapted to the time constraints of the winner and requirements according to the time of year, etc.  In order to keep membership active further purchases totalling 1000 points should be made within 4 years, otherwise the card will return to “gold club card” status.

MEMBERSHIP – OBTAINING CARDS – AWARDING POINTS – DRAWING PRIZES

Membership is automatically offered to all customers who obtain the necessary number of points from purchasing from ENVISS PRODUCTS . Customers validate their membership in the "Customer club" section on the  website (www.envisstech.com) by entering their PIN and user name into the respective login window.  The PIN can either be obtained in person or sent by post. If membership is not validated in this way within 30 days of receiving the card and PIN the card will not be activated and will be considered as though it hasn’t been issued.  Customers receive 1 (one) point for each 1000 CZK (one thousand crowns) spent. Points are accumulated for each purchase and if they are obtained during the validity period of the original card and exceed the amount necessary for obtaining the higher level card customers will be automatically allocated with this higher level card.  If the condition for keeping the card active is not fulfilled in time, enabling customers to make use of the corresponding benefits, the card will be replaced by the lower level card with all associated rights.  Prizes are drawn under the supervision of a public notary or in the presence of a solicitor and a certified report will be drawn up about the prize draw which will be available to all card holders for viewing at our headquarters, subject to prior agreement.  The main prize in each category can only be won by a card holder once during the period of card validity.  For subsequent prize draws cards which have already won the main prize in their category are automatically entered in the prize draw for the main prize in the next category down.
